Gate Valve Lockout fits handle diameters from 5” to 6.5”. The lockout will accommodate up to 3 padlocks with a max shackle diameter of 3/8″. Includes the legend “DANGER Do Not Remove.” The lockout is made from durable plastic and will withstand temperatures from -20 to 200 F.
