Classic hobart mixers are by common agreement the best mixers ever manufactured. Alfa international manufactures the highest quality aftermarket replacement accessories for these mixers available on the market today. This “j” style dough hook for the hobart h600 and related mixers has been manufactured with a close attention to quality and is nsf-approved. Aluminum.

note: this hook is for lighter mixer batches. Spiral dough hooks are recommended for heavy dough batches, like bread or pizza dough. If you’re buying in order to process heavy dough batches, please buy a 60ds. (Not for hobart legacy models, these attachments twist into place.)
